Congenital underdevelopments or congenital deformities in breast shape as in tubular breast can occur. The appropriate breast size can define the female curves and body shape. The appropriate breast size can also, enhance our body image, improve our sex appeal, and change the way we present our image to the outside world. This has great impact on our jobs, job availability, relationships and our own person.

Breast augmentation utilizes the use of breast implant. Both Saline filled implants and silicone breast implants are available. These issues and your goals will be discussed at the time of consultation. Several consultations may be needed to understand all your options and understand your needs.

There are several decisions you need to make when considering Breast Augmentation:

1: Size of implant.

2: Type of implant. Silicone or Saline implant.

3: Position of implant. Above or below the muscle.

4: Incision location.
